Our Story

Born in a coffee shop in Shoreditch.

In 2023, our founders James and Elena were running a successful design agency. They were great at design, but terrible at admin. Every quarter, the VAT return loomed like a dark cloud.

"Why," they asked, "does software feel like it was built in 1995?"

They sold the agency and built Zoggix. The goal was simple: Accounting software that works as fast as you do, understands UK tax law, and actually looks good.

We believe that by 2026, manual tax returns should be extinct. Our vision is a "Real-Time Compliance" engine where tax is calculated, set aside, and reported transaction-by-transaction, invisibly in the background.
